If you are not entirely satisfied with your Dive Course or Product Purchase we are here to help.

 

Store & Products Return Policy:

Dive Source has a No Refunds Policy, however we will gladly exchange or give a store credit for items returned with the original receipt. 

Items must be in original packaging, including tags still attached, and without any damage.

Drysuits, wetsuits, prescription lenses, special orders, NLA Items, and special sale items are considered FINAL Sale, and are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange.

 

Training & Local Trips Return Policy:

Dive Source understand that on occasion people change their minds or have issue arise that make them wish to change their mind or cancel a course or trip booking. We are here to help you. 

Also on very rare occasions Dive Source may have to cancel a course, or trip/charter due to reasons outside of our control such as weather, charter or pool cancellations, illness etc. 

Dive Source will give a full refund or store credit if your course has been cancelled by us. 

-If you would like to cancel, withdraw from or reschedule any training program, course, or local dive trip within the fist 14 days of the original date of purchase, and more than 30 days before the start of the training program, course, or local dive trip you may receive a full store credit for the amount paid.

You can always reschedule your training program, course or local dive trip for free if you notify us at least 30 days before the start of the training, course or local dive trip.  

Any rescheduling made less than 14 days prior to the training, course or local dive start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total cost of the training program, course, or local dive trip for which you have enrolled. 

Rescheduling made less than 7 days prior to the training, course or local dive start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 100% of the total cost of the training program, course, or local dive trip for which you have enrolled. 

Any Padi E-Learning products that you have started, or that have been registered to your name will not be eligible for any refunds, exchange or store credit. 

 

*Items or Services not mentioned here will be handled on a case by case basis and if no policy is stated here, then all sales should be considered final and no refunds will be given.
